We’ll meet colorful locals hosting us at exceptional family-run trattorias and restaurants, serving us special chef’s tasting menus. Participate in cheese and olive oil tastings at an artisanal organic farm. Embark on a truffle hunting adventure in San Minato and partake in a unique experience at Chianti Cashmere, a sustainable goat farm.
