HELLO to my friends-in-food!

I’m always telling you to “stir things up” and “take a whisk” and I’m taking my own advice!

I’ve launched a KickStarter Project to raise the rest of the funds I need to give Food Fix Kitchen a permanent home: a culinary studio/teaching kitchen to expand my offering of classes, and meet the demand of all of you out there that want group classes.

Many of you, hundreds of you, actually, have experienced one of my in-home cooking classes: either one-on-one, or in a gregarious group, you’ve seen my enthusiasm for great food and cooking, and my passion for sharing the MAGIC OF COOKING. For four wonderful years, since I graduated from culinary school, I’ve travelled all over the NY Metro area, CT, PA, and NJ to teach in your homes, offices, beach houses, boats and yes, even private jet hangars, and now I hope you’ll find it in your heart to support me in reaching the next logical level in my professional life as a chef and teacher. I’ve put up my savings to get the project started, but I just need a little more in my budget make it happen!
